Honor has once again stolen attention with a unique way to showcase the durability of their foldable phones. If previously the Honor Magic V3 model was used in a washing machine and the Honor Magic V5 was tested by lifting a sofa, now they have come up with a more extreme demonstration through the Honor Magic V6.
In the latest promotional video, Honor sent an influencer to Thailand to do a zipline activity. Not with the phone kept in a pocket but the phone itself was used as a fastening tool on the zipline rope.
Honor explained that the Magic V6 will not only stand out in terms of hinge strength but also introduces Advanced Display Protection which provides better durability against daily use and an internal screen covered with UTG glass. In addition, it comes with an anti-reflective coating that can reduce the reflection rate to 1.5% to make it one of the best in the industry.
More interestingly, the Magic V6 will be equipped with an IP68 and IP69 rating, which is an improvement from the IPX9 on the previous Magic V5. This combination makes the Magic V6 more reliable for daily use in various conditions.
