Last year we saw the folding phone through the Ozempic era with an ultra-thin body compared to previous models. At MWC Barcelona this year, the Honor MagicPad 4 was announced as a tablet that is only 4.8mm thin, which is slightly thicker than the Magic V5 foldable device (4.2mm). It is still thinner than the iPad Pro and the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, which are both 5.1mm thick.
The MagicPad 4 is equipped with a 12.3″ OLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate that supports a stylus. This is paired with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 512GB of storage and a 10,100 mAh battery.
The rear camera is 13MP and the front is 9MP. The device uses the MagicOS 10 operating system based on Android 16. The included audio system is equipped with eight speakers to provide a spatial audio experience. Although it has been announced, the actual launch of the thin tablet is next Sunday so the price is not yet known.
