Today, Unifi has issued a notice stating that the MyUnifi application and also the Unifi website, especially the customer service section, will be closed starting tomorrow, 22 May 2026 until 25 May 2026 for maintenance and the process of upgrading the application and website services.
In this regard, Unifi advises users of their broadband internet network services and also their mobile telecommunications services to settle any bill payments that need to be made before the date of their customer platform update.
If they still need to pay for Unifi and Unifi Mobile subscription services during this period, they can pay these bills through the JomPAY payment platform. For Unifi Mobile customers who will be traveling abroad during this period, they can activate the scheduled roaming feature to ensure that their roaming data is activated when they land abroad. This scheduled roaming can be activated now through the MyUnifi application, Unifi Universe application and Unifi customer website.
This update to the Unifi customer platform is expected to introduce several changes, including updated network plan names and the consolidation of all Unifi accounts, including broadband, mobile, phone system and Unifi TV plans under one account.
