LG Malaysia has announced its 2026 premium smart TV line-up that comes with various new innovations. This move shows LG's continuous efforts to offer better display technology, the latest generation AI processor and a smart ecosystem based on webOS to enhance the user experience.
The flagship model is the OLED evo W6 Wallpaper TV, a thin television with a thickness of only 9.95mm. It is designed to be mounted flat on the wall with a minimalist style. This television works True Wirelessly via the Zero Connect Box which can be placed up to 10 meters from the screen to transmit video and audio wirelessly.

More interestingly, it is the world's first television to support 4K 165Hz wirelessly with performance with almost no loss of image quality. It is also equipped with Hyper Radiant Color technology which makes colors and brightness up to 3.9 times brighter than regular OLED. Powered by the Alpha 11 AI Gen3 processor, it is able to optimize video and audio more accurately and reduce display interference. In addition, the Gallery Mode function allows artwork to be displayed with realistic colors.

In addition, LG also introduced Micro RGB evo which uses the Alpha 11 AI Gen3 processor to control 8.3 million pixels. Micro RGB technology with micro-sized LEDs provides more precise color control, achieving full coverage of the BT.2020, DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB standards. It is also supported by Micro Dimming Ultra which manages over a thousand lighting zones for clear contrast and image details. Not to be outdone, LG also introduced Mini RGB (MRGB86) which offers double color coverage with Precision Dimming technology.

Meanwhile, the LG QNED evo AI Mini LED 2026 comes with the α8 AI 4K Gen3 processor which improves image and sound quality through AI technology. With Dynamic QNED Color Pro, color accuracy can be maintained even in bright HDR scenes. For gamers, it supports up to 165Hz VRR, FreeSync, ALLM and HGIG for a smoother gaming experience. In addition, it is equipped with AI Super Upscaling, AI Picture Pro and AI Sound Pro. Mini LED technology with Precision Dimming Ultra also provides better contrast and more accurate colors.

The LG 2026 TV line comes with the Smart Life Solutions ecosystem based on the webOS platform. It offers new features such as Voice ID for personalized content recommendations, integration with Google Gemini, AI Concierge, AI Magic Remote as well as the LG Sports Playbook sports application that provides real-time scores, match schedules and team analysis.
