The other two models that were also announced are the Samsung Galaxy S26+ and Samsung Galaxy S26. Both share most of the same internal hardware, with minor differences in battery capacity and screen size.
The Samsung Galaxy S26+ comes with a 6.7″ QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen paired with Vision Booster support and a peak brightness of 2600 nits. In addition, it is powered by the Exynos 2600 chip along with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage. The device uses the latest OneUI 8.5 interface based on Android 16 to ensure a more modern user experience.
The device’s camera setup consists of a 12MP ultra-wide (F2.2) + 50MP wide + 10MP telephoto as well as a 12MP (F2.2) front camera. In terms of battery, it uses a 4900mAh capacity with 45W wired fast charging support that can reach up to 69% in about 30 minutes.
Next, the Samsung Galaxy S26 comes with a 6.3″ FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate with Vision Booster technology with peak brightness of up to 2600 nits. It is powered by the Exynos 2600 chip with 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. The camera setup includes a 12MP ultra-wide camera + 50MP wide + 10MP telephoto and a 12MP (F2.2) front camera. The interface still uses OneUI 8.5 based on Android 16 and the battery is 4300mAh with 25W fast charging support that can reach up to 55% in about 30 minutes.
For those interested, the Samsung Galaxy S26 is priced at RM5,199 (12/512GB) in Malaysia while the Samsung Galaxy S26+ is priced at RM6,199 (12/512GB).
